How can I book an appointment with Maxo Bike?

You can book easily online through our booking page, click any 'Book Service' button on the website, or call/WhatsApp us directly at +91 80885 75145. Our team will verify your details and assign a slot.

What are your operating working hours?

Our Koramangala workshop and doorstep service dispatches are operational from Monday to Saturday, between 08:30 AM and 07:30 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

Repairs & Spares

Do you install local copy spare parts?

No. We maintain an uncompromising policy on spare parts. We strictly procure and fit authentic OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and OES (Original Equipment Supplier) parts, protecting your vehicle's engine lifespan.

Do you service performance imports or superbikes?

Yes. We have a dedicated Superbike Division equipped with high-grade multi-cylinder tuning tools, OBD sensors, and mechanics certified for KTM, Kawasaki, Benelli, and other high-capacity sports engines.

Billing & Payments

Do I get a cost estimate beforehand?

Absolutely. Once our mechanic inspects your bike, we share a detailed digital health report and an itemized cost estimate. We only proceed with repairs after you approve the estimate via WhatsApp or Call.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support all leading payment systems: GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking. Payment link is sent to you digitally when servicing is completed.

Doorstep Queries

Is there an extra charge for doorstep pick-and-drop?

Doorstep pickup and drop-off is completely free for addresses located within a 7km radius of our main Koramangala service center. For farther regions in Bangalore, a nominal flat convenience fee of ₹150 is charged.
